Gender odds on the Gloopie and Mossanda Lux pair
Both Gloopie and Mossanda Lux hatch 50/50 male, so every one you catch is a coin flip and two of each covers it. Lullu itself comes out 30% male, which matters later if you pair two of them. Two of the same gender produces nothing at all, however right the pair is.

Why an older Lullu combo list won't work
Pre-1.0 guides name a recipe. The 1.0 table works on averages: a pair produces Lullu when the two parents' breed ranks average to its 1990. 224 different pairs hit that average, which is why a page showing five or six rows is quoting a sample rather than an answer.
Ours is the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated from the rank formula. The 19,044 figure still in circulation is 138 squared, the pre-1.0 roster of base forms counted as ordered pairs, so it measures something else. One pair shows the difference. Every calculator downstream of palcalc ships Panthalus and Panthalus as breeding true, and the game's own tables prove it cannot, because that pair yields Aegidron.
The shortest breeding path to Lullu
2 breeding steps from a starter box reach Lullu. Surfent and Dumud make Surfent Terra, then Munchill and Surfent Terra make Lullu.
- 1
- 2
Measured from an early-game box. Anything you already own further along cuts steps off, so load your save and it routes from there.
Lullu passive skill odds per egg
A clean four-passive pool across both parents gives 10.0% per Lullu egg, which is about 22 eggs for a 90% shot at all four. Every extra passive skill on either parent lowers it.
| You want | Parent pool | Per egg | Eggs for 90% |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 specific passives | 4 | 10.0% | 22 |
| 4 specific passives | 5 | 2.0% | 114 |
| 4 specific passives | 6 | 0.7% | 345 |
| 3 specific passives | 3 | 30.0% | 7 |
| 3 specific passives | 4 | 15.0% | 15 |
| 3 specific passives | 5 | 6.0% | 38 |
| 2 specific passives | 2 | 60.0% | 3 |
| 2 specific passives | 4 | 25.0% | 9 |
One junk passive on a parent can double the eggs you need. The per-egg column is the chance every passive skill you want lands on the egg, with random extras allowed. The roll behind these numbers is worked through in the Palworld passive inheritance odds guide, and the planner ranks the pairs in your own box by them.
Is Lullu worth breeding, or should you catch one?
Catch one. Lullu spawns from level 30, well short of the 2-step chain it takes to make one. The shortest chain from a starter box runs 2 steps, and the cheapest pair still needs a level 15 catch. With 224 pairs on the list, one half of one of them is probably in your box already.
Breed it anyway once you own one. A pair is how you roll passive skills; catching is how you get the species.
Where to find Lullu in the wild
Lullu spawns in Dancing Sakura Shrine and 1 other area, at level 55-57. Another 5 of its spawn points sit outside every named region.
| Region | Level | Spawn points |
|---|---|---|
| Dancing Sakura Shrine | 55-57 | 14 |
| Sakurajima · Northern Rock Field | 55-57 | 1 |
Lullu work suitability and drops

What Lullu is actually for once it hatches
Planting 3 is the best it does, which is base filler out of a ceiling of 8. Check best Planting pals for anything that does it properly.
Lullu active skills and partner skill
Lullu learns 8 active skills as it levels, the last at level 70. Its partner skill is Floral Boost. That learnset is our own export of the game's level table, cooldowns and all.

Lullu breeding FAQ
- Can you breed Lullu in Palworld?
- Yes. 224 pairs produce Lullu in the Palworld 1.0 breeding table. Both parents have to be opposite genders, in a breeding farm, with cake in the feed box. The cheapest of those pairs is Gloopie and Mossanda Lux, and the egg then needs an egg incubator to hatch.
- What two Pals make Lullu in Palworld?
- Gloopie and Mossanda Lux, opposite genders. Both are catchable in the wild from about level 15, which makes it the cheapest of the 224 pairs that produce Lullu. Every other pair is listed on this page. Both parents average to its breed rank of 1990.
- Can you catch Lullu in the wild in Palworld 1.0?
- Yes, at level 30-65. Its spawn points fall inside 2 named regions, the densest Dancing Sakura Shrine, where they run level 55-57. There is no alpha Lullu, so field spawns are the only source of one. The map on this page marks 20 spawn points for it in total.
- Are these Lullu breeding combos updated for Palworld 1.0?
- Yes. Every pair here comes out of the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated. All 224 of Lullu's pairs are in the list, with the easiest 120 shown. Panthalus and Panthalus is the usual tell of a stale list, and the game's tables rule it out.
- Can Lullu be bred in the early game?
- The cheapest pair needs a level 15 catch, so yes, comfortably. From a starter box the chain runs 2 steps, opening with Surfent and Dumud. Anything you already own further along shortens it, which is the part loading your own save changes.
- Can Lullu inherit all four passive skills from one egg?
- Only if both parents' combined pool is exactly those four. Lullu is born with no fixed passive, so all four slots are open, and a pair like Gloopie and Mossanda Lux has to carry nothing else. A clean four-passive pool is 10% per egg, about 22 eggs for a 90% shot.
Route this pair from your own save
Pal Hatchery reads your Level.sav in your browser and tells you which half of the Gloopie and Mossanda Lux pair you already own.
It reads genders, levels and passive skills off the save, then routes from there. Nothing is uploaded.
