Gender odds on the Foxparks Cryst and Mossanda Lux pair
Both Foxparks Cryst and Mossanda Lux hatch 50/50 male, so every one you catch is a coin flip and two of each covers it. Foxcicle comes out 50/50 too. Two of the same gender produces nothing at all, however right the pair is.

Why an older Foxcicle combo list won't work
Pre-1.0 guides name a recipe. The 1.0 table works on averages: a pair produces Foxcicle when the two parents' breed ranks average to its 1970. 228 different pairs hit that average, which is why a page showing five or six rows is quoting a sample rather than an answer.
Ours is the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated from the rank formula. The 19,044 figure still in circulation is 138 squared, the pre-1.0 roster of base forms counted as ordered pairs, so it measures something else. One pair shows the difference. Every calculator downstream of palcalc ships Panthalus and Panthalus as breeding true, and the game's own tables prove it cannot, because that pair yields Aegidron.
The shortest breeding path to Foxcicle
3 breeding steps from a starter box reach Foxcicle. Eikthyrdeer and Hangyu make Eikthyrdeer Terra, then Dumud and Eikthyrdeer Terra make Dumud Gild, then Arsox and Dumud Gild make Foxcicle.
- 1
- 2
- 3
Measured from an early-game box. Anything you already own further along cuts steps off, so load your save and it routes from there.
Foxcicle passive skill odds per egg
A clean four-passive pool across both parents gives 10.0% per Foxcicle egg, which is about 22 eggs for a 90% shot at all four. Every extra passive skill on either parent lowers it.
| You want | Parent pool | Per egg | Eggs for 90% |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 specific passives | 4 | 10.0% | 22 |
| 4 specific passives | 5 | 2.0% | 114 |
| 4 specific passives | 6 | 0.7% | 345 |
| 3 specific passives | 3 | 30.0% | 7 |
| 3 specific passives | 4 | 15.0% | 15 |
| 3 specific passives | 5 | 6.0% | 38 |
| 2 specific passives | 2 | 60.0% | 3 |
| 2 specific passives | 4 | 25.0% | 9 |
One junk passive on a parent can double the eggs you need. The per-egg column is the chance every passive skill you want lands on the egg, with random extras allowed. The roll behind these numbers is worked through in the Palworld passive inheritance odds guide, and the planner ranks the pairs in your own box by them.
Is Foxcicle worth breeding, or should you catch one?
Catch one, and early. Foxcicle shows up from level 15, so you will meet one long before a pair is worth assembling. The shortest chain from a starter box runs 3 steps, and the cheapest pair still needs a level 15 catch. With 228 pairs on the list, one half of one of them is probably in your box already.
Breed it anyway once you own one. A pair is how you roll passive skills; catching is how you get the species.

| Astral Mountains | 35-37 | 25 |

Foxcicle breeding FAQ
- Can you breed Foxcicle in Palworld?
- Yes. 228 pairs produce Foxcicle in the Palworld 1.0 breeding table. Both parents have to be opposite genders, in a breeding farm, with cake in the feed box. The cheapest of those pairs is Foxparks Cryst and Mossanda Lux, and the egg then needs an egg incubator to hatch.
- What two Pals make Foxcicle in Palworld?
- Foxparks Cryst and Mossanda Lux, opposite genders. Both are catchable in the wild from about level 15, which makes it the cheapest of the 228 pairs that produce Foxcicle. Every other pair is listed on this page. Both parents average to its breed rank of 1970.
- Can you catch Foxcicle in the wild in Palworld 1.0?
- Yes, at level 15-37. Its spawn points fall inside 5 named regions, the densest Abandoned Ruins, where they run level 34-37. There is also an alpha Foxcicle at level 15 in Fortress Ruins, which beats waiting on a spawn. The map on this page marks 184 spawn points for it in total.
- Are these Foxcicle breeding combos updated for Palworld 1.0?
- Yes. Every pair here comes out of the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated. All 228 of Foxcicle's pairs are in the list, with the easiest 120 shown. Panthalus and Panthalus is the usual tell of a stale list, and the game's tables rule it out.
- Can Foxcicle be bred in the early game?
- The cheapest pair needs a level 15 catch, so yes, comfortably. From a starter box the chain runs 3 steps, opening with Eikthyrdeer and Hangyu. Anything you already own further along shortens it, which is the part loading your own save changes.
- Can Foxcicle inherit all four passive skills from one egg?
- Only if both parents' combined pool is exactly those four. Foxcicle is born with no fixed passive, so all four slots are open, and a pair like Foxparks Cryst and Mossanda Lux has to carry nothing else. A clean four-passive pool is 10% per egg, about 22 eggs for a 90% shot.
Route this pair from your own save
Pal Hatchery reads your Level.sav in your browser and tells you which half of the Foxparks Cryst and Mossanda Lux pair you already own.
It reads genders, levels and passive skills off the save, then routes from there. Nothing is uploaded.
