The short version
Free tool, no warranty, keep your own backups. Palworld belongs to Pocketpair, not to us. Don't attack the site or scrape it into the ground, and we'll get along fine.
1. Agreement
By using palhatchery.com ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use it. The site is provided free of charge and is funded by advertising.
2. Not affiliated with Pocketpair
Pal Hatchery is an unofficial, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Pocketpair, Inc. Palworld, its pal names, characters, icons, artwork and game data are the property of Pocketpair, Inc. and are used here for identification and reference in a fan tool. All trade marks are the property of their respective owners. See Intellectual property and takedowns.
3. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Concretely: breeding routes, passive odds, rarity figures, spawn locations and level ranges are derived from extracted game data and from community sources, and may be wrong or out of date — the game gets patched and this site does not always get patched with it on the same day. Nothing here is a guarantee of an in-game outcome. Breeding is random; the odds shown describe probability, not results.
4. Your data is your responsibility
Your collection is stored in your own browser. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or a browser evicting storage under pressure will delete it, and we cannot recover it for you. Export a copy.
Backup codes and transfer codes are a convenience, not a guarantee: they expire, they depend on the optional database being up, and they are encrypted with a key we do not hold — if you lose the code, the data cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any account;
- attack the site, including by denial-of-service, or probe it for vulnerabilities other than in good faith (see below);
- automate requests at a rate that degrades the service for other people;
- use the sharing features to distribute unlawful, abusive or infringing content;
- misrepresent the site as official, or as affiliated with Pocketpair.
Security researchers: good-faith reports are welcome and will not be met with legal action. Email hello@palhatchery.com and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing.
7. Shared content
If you publish a share link — a breeding route, a pal, or your box — you are choosing to make that content available to anyone holding the link. Shares are read-only for whoever opens them and cannot be edited by them. Don't put anything in a nickname you would not want a stranger to read, and remember that a co-op world's data can carry other players' names. We may remove any share that breaches these terms, and you can ask us to delete one at any time.
8. Advertising
The site carries adverts served by Google AdSense. We do not control which adverts are shown and do not endorse them. What Google collects and how to opt out is set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and changes
This is a hobby project. It may change, break, move, or stop, without notice. The optional server features may be unavailable at any time; the app is designed to keep working without them. We may update these terms — the date at the top changes when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
