Gender odds on the Mimog and Sweepa pair

Mimog is the awkward half of this pair. It hatches 80% male, so the female you need turns up 20 times in a hundred. Catch or hatch several before you count on one. The other parent is a straight 50/50. Two of the same gender produces nothing at all.

The 120 easiest of 457 parent pairs for Fenglope

Every pair that produces Fenglope averages to its breed rank of 1960, and 457 pairs in the Palworld 1.0 table hit that number. Opposite genders, cake in the breeding farm, then the egg goes in an egg incubator. Some are two wild catches. The rest need a breed first.

The list stops at 120. Open the planner to filter the other 337 against the pals you already own.

Why an older Fenglope combo list won't work

Pre-1.0 guides name a recipe. The 1.0 table works on averages: a pair produces Fenglope when the two parents' breed ranks average to its 1960. 457 different pairs hit that average, which is why a page showing five or six rows is quoting a sample rather than an answer.

Ours is the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated from the rank formula. The 19,044 figure still in circulation is 138 squared, the pre-1.0 roster of base forms counted as ordered pairs, so it measures something else. One pair shows the difference. Every calculator downstream of palcalc ships Panthalus and Panthalus as breeding true, and the game's own tables prove it cannot, because that pair yields Aegidron.

The shortest breeding path to Fenglope

3 breeding steps from a starter box reach Fenglope. Eikthyrdeer and Hangyu make Eikthyrdeer Terra, then Dumud and Eikthyrdeer Terra make Dumud Gild, then Dumud and Dumud Gild make Fenglope.

Fenglope passive skill odds per egg

A clean four-passive pool across both parents gives 10.0% per Fenglope egg, which is about 22 eggs for a 90% shot at all four. Every extra passive skill on either parent lowers it.

One junk passive on a parent can double the eggs you need. The per-egg column is the chance every passive skill you want lands on the egg, with random extras allowed. The roll behind these numbers is worked through in the full Palworld passive inheritance odds table, and the planner ranks the pairs in your own box by them.

Is Fenglope worth breeding, or should you catch one?

Catch one. Fenglope spawns from level 25, and the alpha at level 25 in Foot of the Volcano hands you a guaranteed one on the way past. The shortest chain from a starter box runs 3 steps, and the cheapest pair still needs a level 11 catch. With 457 pairs on the list, one half of one of them is probably in your box already.

Breed it anyway once you own one. A pair is how you roll passive skills; catching is how you get the species.

Where to find Fenglope in the wild

Fenglope work suitability and drops

Fenglope has Lumbering 3 in Palworld 1.0, and drops Ancient Civilization Parts and Decayed Ancient Relic when killed or caught. Those levels and the drop rows come from our own export of the game's tables.

What Fenglope is actually for once it hatches

Lumbering 3 is the best it does, which is base filler out of a ceiling of 8. Check best Lumbering pals for anything that does it properly. Attack 110 beats 72% of the roster, so it fights as well as it works.

Fenglope active skills and partner skill

Fenglope learns 8 active skills as it levels, the last at level 70. Its partner skill is Wind and Clouds. That learnset is our own export of the game's level table, cooldowns and all.

What Fenglope breeds into as a parent

Paired with other species, Fenglope produces 99 different children, the rarest of them Menasting and Kingpaca. A parent that wide is worth a farm slot on its own.

Fenglope breeding FAQ

Can you breed Fenglope in Palworld?
Yes. 457 pairs produce Fenglope in the Palworld 1.0 breeding table. Both parents have to be opposite genders, in a breeding farm, with cake in the feed box. The cheapest of those pairs is Mimog and Sweepa, and the egg then needs an egg incubator to hatch.
What two Pals make Fenglope in Palworld?
Mimog and Sweepa, opposite genders. Both are catchable in the wild from about level 11, which makes it the cheapest of the 457 pairs that produce Fenglope. Every other pair is listed on this page. Both parents average to its breed rank of 1960.
Can you catch Fenglope in the wild in Palworld 1.0?
Yes, at level 25-80. Its spawn points fall inside one named region, Wildlife Sanctuary 3, where they run level 45-50. There is also an alpha Fenglope at level 25 in Foot of the Volcano, which beats waiting on a spawn. The map on this page marks 11 spawn points for it in total.
Are these Fenglope breeding combos updated for Palworld 1.0?
Yes. Every pair here comes out of the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated. All 457 of Fenglope's pairs are in the list, with the easiest 120 shown. Panthalus and Panthalus is the usual tell of a stale list, and the game's tables rule it out.
Can Fenglope be bred in the early game?
The cheapest pair needs a level 11 catch, so yes, comfortably. From a starter box the chain runs 3 steps, opening with Eikthyrdeer and Hangyu. Anything you already own further along shortens it, which is the part loading your own save changes.
Can Fenglope inherit all four passive skills from one egg?
Only if both parents' combined pool is exactly those four. Fenglope is born with no fixed passive, so all four slots are open, and a pair like Mimog and Sweepa has to carry nothing else. A clean four-passive pool is 10% per egg, about 22 eggs for a 90% shot.

Route this pair from your own save

Pal Hatchery reads your Level.sav in your browser and tells you which half of the Mimog and Sweepa pair you already own. It reads genders, levels and passive skills off the save, then routes from there. Nothing is uploaded.
