Dazzi is the awkward half of this pair. It hatches 20% male, so the male you need turns up 20 times in a hundred. Catch or hatch several before you count on one. The other parent is a straight 50/50. Two of the same gender produces nothing at all.

The 120 easiest of 171 parent pairs for Jellroy

Every pair that produces Jellroy averages to its breed rank of 2590, and 171 pairs in the Palworld 1.0 table hit that number. Opposite genders, cake in the breeding farm, then the egg goes in an egg incubator. Some are two wild catches. The rest need a breed first.

The list stops at 120. Open the planner to filter the other 51 against the pals you already own.

Why an older Jellroy combo list won't work

Pre-1.0 guides name a recipe. The 1.0 table works on averages: a pair produces Jellroy when the two parents' breed ranks average to its 2590. 171 different pairs hit that average, which is why a page showing five or six rows is quoting a sample rather than an answer.

Ours is the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated from the rank formula. The 19,044 figure still in circulation is 138 squared, the pre-1.0 roster of base forms counted as ordered pairs, so it measures something else. One pair shows the difference. Every calculator downstream of palcalc ships Panthalus and Panthalus as breeding true, and the game's own tables prove it cannot, because that pair yields Aegidron.

Jellroy passive skill odds per egg

A clean four-passive pool across both parents gives 10.0% per Jellroy egg, which is about 22 eggs for a 90% shot at all four. Every extra passive skill on either parent lowers it.

3 specific passives5 6.0%38
2 specific passives2 60.0%3

One junk passive on a parent can double the eggs you need. The per-egg column is the chance every passive skill you want lands on the egg, with random extras allowed. The roll behind these numbers is worked through in the Palworld passive inheritance odds guide, and the planner ranks the pairs in your own box by them.

Is Jellroy worth breeding, or should you catch one?

Catch one, and early. Jellroy shows up from level 14, so you will meet one long before a pair is worth assembling. The shortest chain from a starter box runs 1 step, and the cheapest pair still needs a level 1 catch. With 171 pairs on the list, one half of one of them is probably in your box already.

Breed it anyway once you own one. A pair is how you roll passive skills; catching is how you get the species.

Jellroy breeding FAQ

Can you breed Jellroy in Palworld?
Yes. 171 pairs produce Jellroy in the Palworld 1.0 breeding table. Both parents have to be opposite genders, in a breeding farm, with cake in the feed box. The cheapest of those pairs is Dazzi and Cattiva, and the egg then needs an egg incubator to hatch.
What two Pals make Jellroy in Palworld?
Dazzi and Cattiva, opposite genders. Both are catchable in the wild from about level 1, which makes it the cheapest of the 171 pairs that produce Jellroy. Every other pair is listed on this page. Both parents average to its breed rank of 2590.
Can you catch Jellroy in the wild in Palworld 1.0?
Yes, at level 14-80. Its spawn points fall inside 3 named regions, the densest Deserted Ash Plateau, where they run level 56-63 at night. There is no alpha Jellroy, so field spawns are the only source of one. The map on this page marks 405 spawn points for it in total.
Are these Jellroy breeding combos updated for Palworld 1.0?
Yes. Every pair here comes out of the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated. All 171 of Jellroy's pairs are in the list, with the easiest 120 shown. Panthalus and Panthalus is the usual tell of a stale list, and the game's tables rule it out.
Can Jellroy be bred in the early game?
The cheapest pair needs a level 1 catch, so yes, comfortably. From a starter box the chain runs 1 step, opening with Lamball and Munchill. Anything you already own further along shortens it, which is the part loading your own save changes.
Can Jellroy inherit all four passive skills from one egg?
Only if both parents' combined pool is exactly those four. Jellroy is born with no fixed passive, so all four slots are open, and a pair like Dazzi and Cattiva has to carry nothing else. A clean four-passive pool is 10% per egg, about 22 eggs for a 90% shot.

Route this pair from your own save
