Gender odds on the Tocotoco and Lifmunk pair
Both Tocotoco and Lifmunk hatch 50/50 male, so every one you catch is a coin flip and two of each covers it. Rushoar comes out 50/50 too. Two of the same gender produces nothing at all, however right the pair is.

Why an older Rushoar combo list won't work
Pre-1.0 guides name a recipe. The 1.0 table works on averages: a pair produces Rushoar when the two parents' breed ranks average to its 2880. 66 pairs hit that average. A page showing five or six rows is quoting a sample, not the set.
Ours is the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated from the rank formula. The 19,044 figure still in circulation is 138 squared, the pre-1.0 roster of base forms counted as ordered pairs, so it measures something else. One pair shows the difference. Every calculator downstream of palcalc ships Panthalus and Panthalus as breeding true, and the game's own tables prove it cannot, because that pair yields Aegidron.
The shortest breeding path to Rushoar
Rushoar is one of the pals a starter box already holds, catchable at level 5-25, so there is no chain to build. It is one of the 59 species every route on this site is measured from.
Rushoar passive skill odds per egg
A clean four-passive pool across both parents gives 10.0% per Rushoar egg, which is about 22 eggs for a 90% shot at all four. Every extra passive skill on either parent lowers it.
| You want | Parent pool | Per egg | Eggs for 90% |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 specific passives | 4 | 10.0% | 22 |
| 4 specific passives | 5 | 2.0% | 114 |
| 4 specific passives | 6 | 0.7% | 345 |
| 3 specific passives | 3 | 30.0% | 7 |
| 3 specific passives | 4 | 15.0% | 15 |
| 3 specific passives | 5 | 6.0% | 38 |
| 2 specific passives | 2 | 60.0% | 3 |
| 2 specific passives | 4 | 25.0% | 9 |
One junk passive on a parent can double the eggs you need. The per-egg column is the chance every passive skill you want lands on the egg, with random extras allowed. The roll behind these numbers is worked through in Palworld passive inheritance odds per egg, and the planner ranks the pairs in your own box by them.
Is Rushoar worth breeding, or should you catch one?
Catch one, and early. Rushoar shows up from level 5, so you will meet one long before a pair is worth assembling. You almost certainly own one already. 66 pairs is a wide enough net that one of them probably matches your box.
Breed it anyway once you own one. A pair is how you roll passive skills; catching is how you get the species.
Where to find Rushoar in the wild
Rushoar spawns in Sea Breeze Archipelago and 5 other areas, at level 10-13. Another 22 of its spawn points sit outside every named region.
| Region | Level | Spawn points |
|---|---|---|
| Sea Breeze Archipelago | 10-13 | 81 |
| Marsh Island | 10-12 | 72 |
| Golden Hills | 5-11 | 20 |
| Autumn Rocks | 10-11 | 17 |
| Fortress Ruins | 10-12 | 8 |
| Windswept Island | 5-7 | 5 |
Rushoar work suitability and drops
Rushoar has Mining 1 in Palworld 1.0, and drops Ancient Civilization Parts and Bone when killed or caught. Those levels and the drop rows come from our own export of the game's tables.
What Rushoar is actually for once it hatches
Mining 1 is the best it does, which is base filler out of a ceiling of 8. Check best Mining pals for anything that does it properly. Attack 70 beats only 4% of the roster, so it is filler on both counts.
Rushoar active skills and partner skill
Rushoar learns 8 active skills as it levels, the last at level 70. Its partner skill is Hard Head. That learnset is our own export of the game's level table, cooldowns and all.

What Rushoar breeds into as a parent
Paired with other species, Rushoar produces 109 different children, the rarest of them Kingpaca and Vaelet. A parent that wide is worth a farm slot on its own.
Rushoar breeding FAQ
- Can you breed Rushoar in Palworld?
- Yes. 66 pairs produce Rushoar in the Palworld 1.0 breeding table. Both parents have to be opposite genders, in a breeding farm, with cake in the feed box. The cheapest of those pairs is Tocotoco and Lifmunk, and the egg then needs an egg incubator to hatch.
- What two Pals make Rushoar in Palworld?
- Tocotoco and Lifmunk, opposite genders. Both are catchable in the wild from about level 1, which makes it the cheapest of the 66 pairs that produce Rushoar. Every other pair is listed on this page. Both parents average to its breed rank of 2880.
- Can you catch Rushoar in the wild in Palworld 1.0?
- Yes, at level 5-25. Its spawn points fall inside 6 named regions, the densest Sea Breeze Archipelago, where they run level 10-13. There is no alpha Rushoar, so field spawns are the only source of one. The map on this page marks 225 spawn points for it in total.
- Are these Rushoar breeding combos updated for Palworld 1.0?
- Yes. Every pair here comes out of the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated. All 66 of Rushoar's pairs are in the list. Panthalus and Panthalus is the usual tell of a stale list, and the game's tables rule it out.
- Can Rushoar be bred in the early game?
- Yes. Rushoar is one of the pals a starter box already holds, catchable at level 5-25, so nothing has to be bred first. Any pair you build from it is about rolling passive skills rather than about getting hold of the species.
- Can Rushoar inherit all four passive skills from one egg?
- Only if both parents' combined pool is exactly those four. Rushoar is born with no fixed passive, so all four slots are open, and a pair like Tocotoco and Lifmunk has to carry nothing else. A clean four-passive pool is 10% per egg, about 22 eggs for a 90% shot.
Route this pair from your own save
Pal Hatchery reads your Level.sav in your browser and tells you which half of the Tocotoco and Lifmunk pair you already own.
It reads genders, levels and passive skills off the save, then routes from there. Nothing is uploaded.
