Gender odds on the Flopie and Tocotoco pair
Both Flopie and Tocotoco hatch 50/50 male, so every one you catch is a coin flip and two of each covers it. Flambelle comes out 50/50 too. Two of the same gender produces nothing at all, however right the pair is.

Paldex entry
“When it starts crying, this Pal produces magma in place of tears. The magma that pours out is absorbed back into its body, causing it to get hotter and hotter. The more it cries, the stronger it becomes.”
Flambelle is a Fire-type pal with 102 parent pairs in Palworld 1.0, and not one of them is a special one-off recipe. Wild ones sit at level 1-50. It is an early-game catch, so nothing needs breeding. Best jobs: Kindling 1, Handiwork 1.
Partner skill
Magma Tears. While in party, recovers Health of the player and Party Pals by 0.1% per second outside of combat. (Does not stack) Sometimes drops Flame Organ when assigned to Ranch.

Why an older Flambelle combo list won't work
Pre-1.0 guides name a recipe. The 1.0 table works on averages: a pair produces Flambelle when the two parents' breed ranks average to its 2700. 102 different pairs hit that average, which is why a page showing five or six rows is quoting a sample rather than an answer.
Ours is the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated from the rank formula. The 19,044 figure still in circulation is 138 squared, the pre-1.0 roster of base forms counted as ordered pairs, so it measures something else. One pair shows the difference. Every calculator downstream of palcalc ships Panthalus and Panthalus as breeding true, and the game's own tables prove it cannot, because that pair yields Aegidron.
The shortest breeding path to Flambelle
Flambelle is one of the pals a starter box already holds, catchable at level 1-50, so there is no chain to build. It is one of the 59 species every route on this site is measured from.
Flambelle passive skill odds per egg
A clean four-passive pool across both parents gives 10.0% per Flambelle egg, which is about 22 eggs for a 90% shot at all four. Every extra passive skill on either parent lowers it.
| You want | Parent pool | Per egg | Eggs for 90% |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 specific passives | 4 | 10.0% | 22 |
| 4 specific passives | 5 | 2.0% | 114 |
| 4 specific passives | 6 | 0.7% | 345 |
| 3 specific passives | 3 | 30.0% | 7 |
| 3 specific passives | 4 | 15.0% | 15 |
| 3 specific passives | 5 | 6.0% | 38 |
| 2 specific passives | 2 | 60.0% | 3 |
| 2 specific passives | 4 | 25.0% | 9 |
One junk passive on a parent can double the eggs you need. The per-egg column is the chance every passive skill you want lands on the egg, with random extras allowed. The roll behind these numbers is worked through in Palworld passive inheritance odds per egg, and the planner ranks the pairs in your own box by them.
Is Flambelle worth breeding, or should you catch one?
Catch one, and early. Flambelle shows up from level 1, so you will meet one long before a pair is worth assembling. You almost certainly own one already. With 102 pairs on the list, one half of one of them is probably in your box already.
Breed it anyway once you own one. A pair is how you roll passive skills; catching is how you get the species.
Where to find Flambelle in the wild
Flambelle spawns in Foot of the Volcano and 7 other areas, at level 18-24. Another 51 of its spawn points sit outside every named region.
| Region | Level | Spawn points |
|---|---|---|
| Foot of the Volcano | 18-24 | 55 |
| Eastern Wild Island | 4-6 | 32 |
| Sea Breeze Archipelago | 4-6 | 23 |
| Isle of Silence | 4-6 | 17 |
| Phantom Isle | 30-32 | 13 |
| Scars of War | 10-14 | 11 |
| Mount Obsidian | 30-32 | 7 |
| Dry Sandy Beach | 32-33 | 6 |
Flambelle work suitability and drops
Flambelle has Kindling 1 and Handiwork 1 in Palworld 1.0, and drops Ancient Civilization Parts and Flame Organ when killed or caught. Those levels and the drop rows come from our own export of the game's tables.
What Flambelle is actually for once it hatches
Kindling 1 is the best it does, which is base filler out of a ceiling of 8. Check best Kindling pals for anything that does it properly. Attack 70 beats only 4% of the roster, so it is filler on both counts.
Flambelle active skills and partner skill
Flambelle learns 8 active skills as it levels, the last at level 70. Its partner skill is Magma Tears. That learnset is our own export of the game's level table, cooldowns and all.

What Flambelle breeds into as a parent
Paired with other species, Flambelle produces 108 different children, the rarest of them Kingpaca and Vaelet. A parent that wide is worth a farm slot on its own.
Flambelle breeding FAQ
- Can you breed Flambelle in Palworld?
- Yes. 102 pairs produce Flambelle in the Palworld 1.0 breeding table. Both parents have to be opposite genders, in a breeding farm, with cake in the feed box. The cheapest of those pairs is Flopie and Tocotoco, and the egg then needs an egg incubator to hatch.
- What two Pals make Flambelle in Palworld?
- Flopie and Tocotoco, opposite genders. Both are catchable in the wild from about level 1, which makes it the cheapest of the 102 pairs that produce Flambelle. Every other pair is listed on this page. Both parents average to its breed rank of 2700.
- Can you catch Flambelle in the wild in Palworld 1.0?
- Yes, at level 1-50. Its spawn points fall inside 8 named regions, the densest Foot of the Volcano, where they run level 18-24. There is no alpha Flambelle, so field spawns are the only source of one. The map on this page marks 215 spawn points for it in total.
- Are these Flambelle breeding combos updated for Palworld 1.0?
- Yes. Every pair here comes out of the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated. All 102 of Flambelle's pairs are in the list. Panthalus and Panthalus is the usual tell of a stale list, and the game's tables rule it out.
- Can Flambelle be bred in the early game?
- Yes. Flambelle is one of the pals a starter box already holds, catchable at level 1-50, so nothing has to be bred first. Any pair you build from it is about rolling passive skills rather than about getting hold of the species.
- Can Flambelle inherit all four passive skills from one egg?
- Only if both parents' combined pool is exactly those four. Flambelle is born with no fixed passive, so all four slots are open, and a pair like Flopie and Tocotoco has to carry nothing else. A clean four-passive pool is 10% per egg, about 22 eggs for a 90% shot.
Route this pair from your own save
Pal Hatchery reads your Level.sav in your browser and tells you which half of the Flopie and Tocotoco pair you already own.
It reads genders, levels and passive skills off the save, then routes from there. Nothing is uploaded.
