Gender odds on the Mimog and Gloopie pair
Mimog is the awkward half of this pair. It hatches 80% male, so the female you need turns up 20 times in a hundred. Catch or hatch several before you count on one. The other parent is a straight 50/50. Two of the same gender produces nothing at all.

Paldex entry
“It beats the ground rhythmically to communicate with its comrades. The meaning of each rhythm differs by troop, but the distinction between them is still largely unknown.”
Gorirat is a Neutral-type pal with 204 parent pairs in Palworld 1.0, and not one of them is a special one-off recipe. Wild ones sit at level 22-80. Shortest chain from a starter box: 2 steps. Best jobs: Lumbering 3, Transporting 3.

Why an older Gorirat combo list won't work
Pre-1.0 guides name a recipe. The 1.0 table works on averages: a pair produces Gorirat when the two parents' breed ranks average to its 2140. 204 different pairs hit that average, which is why a page showing five or six rows is quoting a sample rather than an answer.
Ours is the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated from the rank formula. The 19,044 figure still in circulation is 138 squared, the pre-1.0 roster of base forms counted as ordered pairs, so it measures something else. One pair shows the difference. Every calculator downstream of palcalc ships Panthalus and Panthalus as breeding true, and the game's own tables prove it cannot, because that pair yields Aegidron.
The shortest breeding path to Gorirat
2 breeding steps from a starter box reach Gorirat. Arsox and Chillet make Chillet Ignis, then Arsox and Chillet Ignis make Gorirat.
- 1
- 2
Measured from an early-game box. Anything you already own further along cuts steps off, so load your save and it routes from there.
Gorirat passive skill odds per egg
Gorirat hatches with Hooligan already fixed, so only 3 of its four passive slots are ever in play. A parent pool of exactly those 3 lands all of them 30% of the time per egg. Four inherited passive skills is impossible for it, not merely unlikely.
| You want | Parent pool | Per egg | Eggs for 90% |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 specific passives | 3 | 30.0% | 7 |
| 3 specific passives | 4 | 7.5% | 30 |
| 3 specific passives | 5 | 3.0% | 76 |
| 2 specific passives | 2 | 60.0% | 3 |
| 2 specific passives | 4 | 20.0% | 11 |
With 3 slots to play with, a junk passive on a parent is a cap rather than a delay. The per-egg column is the chance every passive skill you want lands on the egg, with random extras allowed. The roll behind these numbers is worked through in passive inheritance odds with a fixed passive skill, and the planner ranks the pairs in your own box by them.
Is Gorirat worth breeding, or should you catch one?
Catch one. Gorirat spawns from level 22, well short of the 2-step chain it takes to make one. The shortest chain from a starter box runs 2 steps, and the cheapest pair still needs a level 10 catch. With 204 pairs on the list, one half of one of them is probably in your box already.
Breed it anyway once you own one. A pair is how you roll passive skills; catching is how you get the species.
Where to find Gorirat in the wild
Gorirat spawns in Frostbound Mountains and 1 other area, at level 30-34. Another 22 of its spawn points sit outside every named region.
| Region | Level | Spawn points |
|---|---|---|
| Frostbound Mountains | 30-34 | 40 |
| Verdant Brook | 30-34 | 5 |
Gorirat work suitability and drops
Gorirat has Lumbering 3 and Transporting 3 in Palworld 1.0, and drops Ancient Civilization Parts and Bone when killed or caught. Those levels and the drop rows come from our own export of the game's tables.
What Gorirat is actually for once it hatches
Lumbering 3 is the best it does, which is base filler out of a ceiling of 8. Check best Lumbering pals for anything that does it properly. It eats 3 food slots, so it is cheap to keep fed.
Gorirat active skills and partner skill
Gorirat learns 8 active skills as it levels, the last at level 70. Its partner skill is Full-Power Gorilla Mode. That learnset is our own export of the game's level table, cooldowns and all.

What Gorirat breeds into as a parent
Paired with other species, Gorirat produces 102 different children, the rarest of them Menasting and Kingpaca. A parent that wide is worth a farm slot on its own.
Gorirat breeding FAQ
- Can you breed Gorirat in Palworld?
- Yes. 204 pairs produce Gorirat in the Palworld 1.0 breeding table. Both parents have to be opposite genders, in a breeding farm, with cake in the feed box. The cheapest of those pairs is Mimog and Gloopie, and the egg then needs an egg incubator to hatch.
- What two Pals make Gorirat in Palworld?
- Mimog and Gloopie, opposite genders. Both are catchable in the wild from about level 10, which makes it the cheapest of the 204 pairs that produce Gorirat. Every other pair is listed on this page. Both parents average to its breed rank of 2140.
- Can you catch Gorirat in the wild in Palworld 1.0?
- Yes, at level 22-80. Its spawn points fall inside 2 named regions, the densest Frostbound Mountains, where they run level 30-34. There is no alpha Gorirat, so field spawns are the only source of one. The map on this page marks 67 spawn points for it in total.
- Are these Gorirat breeding combos updated for Palworld 1.0?
- Yes. Every pair here comes out of the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated. All 204 of Gorirat's pairs are in the list, with the easiest 120 shown. Panthalus and Panthalus is the usual tell of a stale list, and the game's tables rule it out.
- Can Gorirat be bred in the early game?
- The cheapest pair needs a level 10 catch, so yes, comfortably. From a starter box the chain runs 2 steps, opening with Arsox and Chillet. Anything you already own further along shortens it, which is the part loading your own save changes.
- Can Gorirat inherit all four passive skills from one egg?
- No. Gorirat is born with Hooligan already fixed, which leaves 3 of its four passive slots for inherited ones. The most you can inherit onto it is 3, and with a clean pool of exactly those 3 that is 30% per egg.
Route this pair from your own save
Pal Hatchery reads your Level.sav in your browser and tells you which half of the Mimog and Gloopie pair you already own.
It reads genders, levels and passive skills off the save, then routes from there. Nothing is uploaded.
