hello@palhatchery.com
Everything goes here — bugs, wrong data, deletion requests, copyright notices, business. There is no contact form, because a form would be one more thing that can break between you and an inbox.
What to write about
- Something is broken
- Tell us the page, what you did, and what your browser is. If the save reader choked, the in-app report button sends the useful technical detail already — it never sends your save.
- The data is wrong
- A breeding pair that doesn't produce what we say, a passive on the wrong pal, a spawn in the wrong place. Name the pals and, if you can, what the game actually did. This is the most useful mail we get.
- Delete my data
- Your collection lives in your browser — Erase in the site header removes it and we never had a readable copy. If you want something removed from the server, send the backup code, transfer code, or share link and it will be deleted. See the Privacy Policy.
- Take down a share link
- Send the link. If it is yours, or it contains your name or your world's data, it will be removed — no explanation needed.
- Advertising and business
- Same address.
Intellectual property and takedowns
Pal Hatchery is a fan-made tool. Palworld and everything in it — pal names, characters, artwork, icons and game data — are the property of Pocketpair, Inc. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by Pocketpair, and does not claim ownership of any of their material. It is used here for identification and reference so that players can look up their own game.
To Pocketpair: if any use of your material here is unwelcome, email hello@palhatchery.com and say what you want changed. We will comply promptly — including removing artwork or shutting the site down — and you will not need to send a formal notice first.
Copyright notice (DMCA)
If you own a copyright in material appearing on this site and believe it is used without authorisation, send a notice to hello@palhatchery.com including:
- your name, address and contact details;
- identification of the work you say is infringed;
- the URL or a description precise enough for us to find the material;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
- your signature (an electronic signature is fine).
Valid notices are acted on quickly. There is no revenue tied to any single piece of content here, so nothing is worth arguing about — material named in a good-faith notice comes down first and gets discussed afterwards.
The site's own code and data
The application code is original work. The game data behind it comes from public, openly licensed community projects, with thanks:
- Pal stats, the 44,849-pair breeding table and icons — tylercamp/palcalc (MIT).
- Element types — paldb.cc, backfilled from KrisCris/Palworld-Pal-Editor.
- Save decompression — ooz, compiled to WebAssembly.
- Save-format reader — ported from palworld-save-tools (MIT).
If you maintain one of these and want the credit worded differently, or want it removed, just ask.
Reporting a security issue
Good-faith reports are welcome and will never be met with legal action. Email hello@palhatchery.com, describe what you found, and give a reasonable window to fix it before publishing. Please don't test against other people's data or degrade the service for anyone else.
Response times
This is run by one person as a hobby, so replies are not instant. Copyright and data deletion requests are handled first, and in any case within 30 days.
