Gender odds on the Dazzi and Herbil pair
Dazzi is the awkward half of this pair. It hatches 20% male, so the male you need turns up 20 times in a hundred. Catch or hatch several before you count on one. The other parent is a straight 50/50. Two of the same gender produces nothing at all.

Paldex entry
“If one disappears, another simply shows up to take its place, and life goes on like nothing happened. For Amione, companionship is everything.”
Amione is a Water-type pal with 321 parent pairs in Palworld 1.0, and not one of them is a special one-off recipe. Wild ones sit at level 9-65. It is an early-game catch, so nothing needs breeding. Best jobs: Handiwork 2, Watering 1.

The 120 easiest of 321 parent pairs for Amione
Every pair that produces Amione averages to its breed rank of 2520, and 321 pairs in the Palworld 1.0 table hit that number. Opposite genders, cake in the breeding farm, then the egg goes in an egg incubator. Some are two wild catches. The rest need a breed first.

Why an older Amione combo list won't work
Pre-1.0 guides name a recipe. The 1.0 table works on averages: a pair produces Amione when the two parents' breed ranks average to its 2520. 321 different pairs hit that average, which is why a page showing five or six rows is quoting a sample rather than an answer.
Ours is the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated from the rank formula. The 19,044 figure still in circulation is 138 squared, the pre-1.0 roster of base forms counted as ordered pairs, so it measures something else. One pair shows the difference. Every calculator downstream of palcalc ships Panthalus and Panthalus as breeding true, and the game's own tables prove it cannot, because that pair yields Aegidron.
The shortest breeding path to Amione
Amione is one of the pals a starter box already holds, catchable at level 9-65, so there is no chain to build. It is one of the 59 species every route on this site is measured from.
Amione passive skill odds per egg
A clean four-passive pool across both parents gives 10.0% per Amione egg, which is about 22 eggs for a 90% shot at all four. Every extra passive skill on either parent lowers it.
| You want | Parent pool | Per egg | Eggs for 90% |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 specific passives | 4 | 10.0% | 22 |
| 4 specific passives | 5 | 2.0% | 114 |
| 4 specific passives | 6 | 0.7% | 345 |
| 3 specific passives | 3 | 30.0% | 7 |
| 3 specific passives | 4 | 15.0% | 15 |
| 3 specific passives | 5 | 6.0% | 38 |
| 2 specific passives | 2 | 60.0% | 3 |
| 2 specific passives | 4 | 25.0% | 9 |
One junk passive on a parent can double the eggs you need. The per-egg column is the chance every passive skill you want lands on the egg, with random extras allowed. The roll behind these numbers is worked through in the full Palworld passive inheritance odds table, and the planner ranks the pairs in your own box by them.
Is Amione worth breeding, or should you catch one?
Catch one, and early. Amione shows up from level 9, so you will meet one long before a pair is worth assembling. You almost certainly own one already. With 321 pairs on the list, one half of one of them is probably in your box already.
Breed it anyway once you own one. A pair is how you roll passive skills; catching is how you get the species.
Where to find Amione in the wild
Amione spawns in Golden Hills, the one named region its markers land in, at level 9-10. Another 11 of its spawn points sit outside every named region.
| Region | Level | Spawn points |
|---|---|---|
| Golden Hills | 9-10 | 28 |
Amione work suitability and drops
Amione has Handiwork 2 and Watering 1 in Palworld 1.0, and drops Ancient Civilization Parts and Aquatic Pal Fluids when killed or caught. Those levels and the drop rows come from our own export of the game's tables.
What Amione is actually for once it hatches
Handiwork 2 is the best it does, which is base filler out of a ceiling of 8. Check best Handiwork pals for anything that does it properly. Attack 70 beats only 4% of the roster, so it is filler on both counts.
Amione active skills and partner skill
Amione learns 8 active skills as it levels, the last at level 70. Its partner skill is Magical Twin Powers. That learnset is our own export of the game's level table, cooldowns and all.

What Amione breeds into as a parent
Paired with other species, Amione produces 100 different children, the rarest of them Kingpaca and Vaelet. A parent that wide is worth a farm slot on its own.
Amione breeding FAQ
- Can you breed Amione in Palworld?
- Yes. 321 pairs produce Amione in the Palworld 1.0 breeding table. Both parents have to be opposite genders, in a breeding farm, with cake in the feed box. The cheapest of those pairs is Dazzi and Herbil, and the egg then needs an egg incubator to hatch.
- What two Pals make Amione in Palworld?
- Dazzi and Herbil, opposite genders. Both are catchable in the wild from about level 1, which makes it the cheapest of the 321 pairs that produce Amione. Every other pair is listed on this page. Both parents average to its breed rank of 2520.
- Can you catch Amione in the wild in Palworld 1.0?
- Yes, at level 9-65. Its spawn points fall inside one named region, Golden Hills, where they run level 9-10. There is no alpha Amione, so field spawns are the only source of one. The map on this page marks 39 spawn points for it in total.
- Are these Amione breeding combos updated for Palworld 1.0?
- Yes. Every pair here comes out of the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated. All 321 of Amione's pairs are in the list, with the easiest 120 shown. Panthalus and Panthalus is the usual tell of a stale list, and the game's tables rule it out.
- Can Amione be bred in the early game?
- Yes. Amione is one of the pals a starter box already holds, catchable at level 9-65, so nothing has to be bred first. Any pair you build from it is about rolling passive skills rather than about getting hold of the species.
- Can Amione inherit all four passive skills from one egg?
- Only if both parents' combined pool is exactly those four. Amione is born with no fixed passive, so all four slots are open, and a pair like Dazzi and Herbil has to carry nothing else. A clean four-passive pool is 10% per egg, about 22 eggs for a 90% shot.
Route this pair from your own save
Pal Hatchery reads your Level.sav in your browser and tells you which half of the Dazzi and Herbil pair you already own.
It reads genders, levels and passive skills off the save, then routes from there. Nothing is uploaded.
