Both Digtoise and Mossanda Lux hatch 50/50 male, so every one you catch is a coin flip and two of each covers it. Prixter comes out 50/50 too. Two of the same gender produces nothing at all, however right the pair is.

The 120 easiest of 519 parent pairs for Prixter

Every pair that produces Prixter averages to its breed rank of 1510, and 519 pairs in the Palworld 1.0 table hit that number. Opposite genders, cake in the breeding farm, then the egg goes in an egg incubator. Some are two wild catches. The rest need a breed first.

The list stops at 120. Open the planner to filter the other 399 against the pals you already own.

Why an older Prixter combo list won't work

Pre-1.0 guides name a recipe. The 1.0 table works on averages: a pair produces Prixter when the two parents' breed ranks average to its 1510. 519 different pairs hit that average, which is why a page showing five or six rows is quoting a sample rather than an answer.

Ours is the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated from the rank formula. The 19,044 figure still in circulation is 138 squared, the pre-1.0 roster of base forms counted as ordered pairs, so it measures something else. One pair shows the difference. Every calculator downstream of palcalc ships Panthalus and Panthalus as breeding true, and the game's own tables prove it cannot, because that pair yields Aegidron.

The shortest breeding path to Prixter

3 breeding steps from a starter box reach Prixter. Surfent and Dumud make Surfent Terra, then Surfent Terra and Dumud Gild make Tarantriss, then Tarantriss and Loupmoon Cryst make Prixter.

Prixter passive skill odds per egg

A clean four-passive pool across both parents gives 10.0% per Prixter egg, which is about 22 eggs for a 90% shot at all four. Every extra passive skill on either parent lowers it.

2 specific passives2 60.0%3

One junk passive on a parent can double the eggs you need. The per-egg column is the chance every passive skill you want lands on the egg, with random extras allowed. The roll behind these numbers is worked through in the full Palworld passive inheritance odds table, and the planner ranks the pairs in your own box by them.

Is Prixter worth breeding, or should you catch one?

Breed toward it, then catch one when you get there. Prixter only spawns at level 48-49, late enough that a 3-step chain often lands first. The shortest chain from a starter box runs 3 steps, and the cheapest pair still needs a level 17 catch. With 519 pairs on the list, one half of one of them is probably in your box already.

Breed it anyway once you own one. A pair is how you roll passive skills; catching is how you get the species.

What Prixter is actually for once it hatches

Lumbering 4 is the job to put it on, mid-table out of a ceiling of 8. See best Lumbering pals for what beats it. It works through the night, when the rest of the base is asleep.

Prixter active skills and partner skill

Prixter learns 8 active skills as it levels, the last at level 70. Its partner skill is Phantom Venom. That learnset is our own export of the game's level table, cooldowns and all.

What Prixter breeds into as a parent

Paired with other species, Prixter produces 97 different children, the rarest of them Menasting and Kingpaca. A parent that wide is worth a farm slot on its own.

Prixter breeding FAQ

Can you breed Prixter in Palworld?
Yes. 519 pairs produce Prixter in the Palworld 1.0 breeding table. Both parents have to be opposite genders, in a breeding farm, with cake in the feed box. The cheapest of those pairs is Digtoise and Mossanda Lux, and the egg then needs an egg incubator to hatch.
What two Pals make Prixter in Palworld?
Digtoise and Mossanda Lux, opposite genders. Both are catchable in the wild from about level 17, which makes it the cheapest of the 519 pairs that produce Prixter. Every other pair is listed on this page. Both parents average to its breed rank of 1510.
Can you catch Prixter in the wild in Palworld 1.0?
Yes, at level 48-49. Its spawn points fall inside one named region, Sakurajima · Southern Sandbar, where they run level 48-49. There is no alpha Prixter, so field spawns are the only source of one. The map on this page marks 70 spawn points for it in total.
Are these Prixter breeding combos updated for Palworld 1.0?
Yes. Every pair here comes out of the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated. All 519 of Prixter's pairs are in the list, with the easiest 120 shown. Panthalus and Panthalus is the usual tell of a stale list, and the game's tables rule it out.
Can Prixter be bred in the early game?
The cheapest pair needs a level 17 catch, so yes, comfortably. From a starter box the chain runs 3 steps, opening with Surfent and Dumud. Anything you already own further along shortens it, which is the part loading your own save changes.
Can Prixter inherit all four passive skills from one egg?
Only if both parents' combined pool is exactly those four. Prixter is born with no fixed passive, so all four slots are open, and a pair like Digtoise and Mossanda Lux has to carry nothing else. A clean four-passive pool is 10% per egg, about 22 eggs for a 90% shot.

Route this pair from your own save

Pal Hatchery reads your Level.sav in your browser and tells you which half of the Digtoise and Mossanda Lux pair you already own. It reads genders, levels and passive skills off the save, then routes from there. Nothing is uploaded.
