Paldex entry

“Like Univolt, it was once believed to be connected to the Thunder God. As faith in Univolt waned, Azurmane was deemed the God's true envoy. Even so, time reduced both to the same lowly status of ordinary workhorses.”

The 120 easiest of 220 parent pairs for Azurmane

Every pair that produces Azurmane averages to its breed rank of 420, and 220 pairs in the Palworld 1.0 table hit that number. Opposite genders, cake in the breeding farm, then the egg goes in an egg incubator. Some are two wild catches. The rest need a breed first.

The list stops at 120. Open the planner to filter the other 100 against the pals you already own.

Why an older Azurmane combo list won't work

Pre-1.0 guides name a recipe. The 1.0 table works on averages: a pair produces Azurmane when the two parents' breed ranks average to its 420. 220 different pairs hit that average, which is why a page showing five or six rows is quoting a sample rather than an answer.

Ours is the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated from the rank formula. The 19,044 figure still in circulation is 138 squared, the pre-1.0 roster of base forms counted as ordered pairs, so it measures something else. One pair shows the difference. Every calculator downstream of palcalc ships Panthalus and Panthalus as breeding true, and the game's own tables prove it cannot, because that pair yields Aegidron.

The shortest breeding path to Azurmane

No chain of starter pals reaches Azurmane inside six generations, so the first one has to be caught at level 57-80.

Azurmane passive skill odds per egg

A clean four-passive pool across both parents gives 10.0% per Azurmane egg, which is about 22 eggs for a 90% shot at all four. Every extra passive skill on either parent lowers it.

One junk passive on a parent can double the eggs you need. The per-egg column is the chance every passive skill you want lands on the egg, with random extras allowed. The roll behind these numbers is worked through in the Palworld passive inheritance odds guide, and the planner ranks the pairs in your own box by them.

Is Azurmane worth breeding, or should you catch one?

Fight the alpha. It is a guaranteed Azurmane at level 66, and it stands in one place instead of making you wait on a level 57-80 spawn. Nothing in a starter box reaches it inside six generations, and the cheapest pair needs a level 49 catch. With 220 pairs on the list, one half of one of them is probably in your box already.

Breed it anyway once you own one. A pair is how you roll passive skills; catching is how you get the species.

What Azurmane is actually for once it hatches

Generate Electricity 5 is the job to put it on, mid-table out of a ceiling of 8. See best Generate Electricity pals for what beats it. It eats 8 food slots a sitting, which is a real cost once a base is full.

Azurmane active skills and partner skill

Azurmane learns 9 active skills as it levels, the last at level 70. Its partner skill is Plasma Dash. That learnset is our own export of the game's level table, cooldowns and all.

What Azurmane breeds into as a parent

Paired with other species, Azurmane produces 82 different children, the rarest of them Anubis and Menasting. A parent that wide is worth a farm slot on its own.

Azurmane breeding FAQ

Can you breed Azurmane in Palworld?
Yes. 220 pairs produce Azurmane in the Palworld 1.0 breeding table. Both parents have to be opposite genders, in a breeding farm, with cake in the feed box. The cheapest of those pairs is Warsect Terra and Lyleen Noct, and the egg then needs an egg incubator to hatch.
What two Pals make Azurmane in Palworld?
Warsect Terra and Lyleen Noct, opposite genders. Both are catchable in the wild from about level 49, which makes it the cheapest of the 220 pairs that produce Azurmane. Every other pair is listed on this page. Both parents average to its breed rank of 420.
Can you catch Azurmane in the wild in Palworld 1.0?
Yes, at level 57-80. Its spawn points fall inside 2 named regions, the densest Feybreak Tower, where they run level 63-66. There is also an alpha Azurmane at level 66, which beats waiting on a spawn. The map on this page marks 154 spawn points for it in total.
Are these Azurmane breeding combos updated for Palworld 1.0?
Yes. Every pair here comes out of the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated. All 220 of Azurmane's pairs are in the list, with the easiest 120 shown. Panthalus and Panthalus is the usual tell of a stale list, and the game's tables rule it out.
Can Azurmane be bred in the early game?
No. No chain of starter pals reaches Azurmane inside six generations, so the first one has to be caught at level 57-80. 220 pairs breed more of them, the cheapest Warsect Terra and Lyleen Noct, which needs a level 49 catch of its own.
Can Azurmane inherit all four passive skills from one egg?
Only if both parents' combined pool is exactly those four. Azurmane is born with no fixed passive, so all four slots are open, and a pair like Warsect Terra and Lyleen Noct has to carry nothing else. A clean four-passive pool is 10% per egg, about 22 eggs for a 90% shot.
