The only pair that hatches Lyleen
Two Lyleen is the only pair that hatches a Lyleen egg in Palworld 1.0, so no chain of other species reaches it. Wild ones spawn at level 58-80.

Gender odds on a Lyleen pair
You need two Lyleen in the farm at once, one of each gender. Lyleen hatches 30% male, so the male half is the slow part. Two of the same gender in a breeding farm produces nothing at all, however right the pair is.

Paldex entry
“A docile Pal full of love. It watches over small Pals who have lost their parents. It uses a full-power Solar Blast to discipline naughty Pals.”
Lyleen is a Grass-type pal whose only entry in the Palworld 1.0 breeding table is two Lyleen. No chain of other species reaches it. Once two are in your box, pairing them rolls passive skills rather than producing a species you did not have. Wild ones sit at level 58-80. Best jobs: Planting 7, Gathering 6.
Partner skill
Harvest Goddess. When activated, the queen's soothing graces restore the Health of the player and Party Pals by 80%.

The only parent combination for Lyleen
Two Lyleen is the only pair the Palworld 1.0 table gives, and a pair of them averages to its own breed rank of 240. Opposite genders, cake in the breeding farm, then the egg goes in an egg incubator. You need both in the farm at the same time.
Why an older Lyleen combo list won't work
Pre-1.0 guides name a recipe. The 1.0 table works on averages: a pair produces a child when the parents' breed ranks average to the child's, and Lyleen sits at 240 with only itself hitting that number. Any older list naming two different species for it is quoting a table that no longer ships.
Ours is the game's real 44,849-pair table, shipped verbatim rather than approximated from the rank formula. The 19,044 figure still in circulation is 138 squared, the pre-1.0 roster of base forms counted as ordered pairs, so it measures something else. One pair shows the difference. Every calculator downstream of palcalc ships Panthalus and Panthalus as breeding true, and the game's own tables prove it cannot, because that pair yields Aegidron.
The shortest breeding path to Lyleen
No chain of starter pals reaches Lyleen inside six generations, so the first one has to be caught at level 58-80.
Lyleen passive skill odds per egg
Lyleen hatches with Spirit Emperor already fixed, so only 3 of its four passive slots are ever in play. A parent pool of exactly those 3 lands all of them 30% of the time per egg. Four inherited passive skills is impossible for it, not merely unlikely.
| You want | Parent pool | Per egg | Eggs for 90% |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 specific passives | 3 | 30.0% | 7 |
| 3 specific passives | 4 | 7.5% | 30 |
| 3 specific passives | 5 | 3.0% | 76 |
| 2 specific passives | 2 | 60.0% | 3 |
| 2 specific passives | 4 | 20.0% | 11 |
With 3 slots to play with, a junk passive on a parent is a cap rather than a delay. The per-egg column is the chance every passive skill you want lands on the egg, with random extras allowed. The roll behind these numbers is worked through in passive inheritance odds with a fixed passive skill, and the planner ranks the pairs in your own box by them.
Is Lyleen worth breeding, or should you catch one?
Fight the alpha. It is a guaranteed Lyleen at level 58 in Dancing Sakura Shrine, and it stands in one place instead of making you wait on a level 58-80 spawn. Nothing in a starter box reaches it inside six generations.
Breed it anyway once two are in the box. Pairing them rolls passive skills, which is the only thing breeding can still give you here.
Where to find Lyleen in the wild
Lyleen spawns in Dancing Sakura Shrine and 1 other area, at level 58-59. Another 5 of its spawn points sit outside every named region. Its alpha stands at level 58 in Dancing Sakura Shrine.
| Region | Level | Spawn points |
|---|---|---|
| Dancing Sakura Shrine | 58-59 | 14 |
| Sakurajima · Northern Rock Field | 58-59 | 1 |
Lyleen work suitability and drops
Lyleen has Planting 7 and Gathering 6 in Palworld 1.0, and drops Ancient Civilization Parts and Beautiful Flower when killed or caught. Those levels and the drop rows come from our own export of the game's tables.
What Lyleen is actually for once it hatches
Planting 7 is the reason to keep one, one off the ceiling of 8. Put it on that job and leave it there. Ranked against the rest on best Planting pals. Gathering 6 sits right behind it, so one Lyleen covers two jobs. At rarity 9 of 20 you will not trip over one.
Lyleen active skills and partner skill
Lyleen learns 9 active skills as it levels, the last at level 70. Its partner skill is Harvest Goddess. That learnset is our own export of the game's level table, cooldowns and all.

Lyleen breeding FAQ
- Can you breed Lyleen in Palworld?
- Not from any other species. The only pairing in the Palworld 1.0 table that produces Lyleen is two Lyleen, opposite genders, with cake in the breeding farm. You have to obtain the first one some other way before breeding is an option at all.
- Can you catch Lyleen in the wild in Palworld 1.0?
- Yes, at level 58-80. Its spawn points fall inside 2 named regions, the densest Dancing Sakura Shrine, where they run level 58-59. There is also an alpha Lyleen at level 58 in Dancing Sakura Shrine, which beats waiting on a spawn.
- Are these Lyleen breeding combos updated for Palworld 1.0?
- Yes. The game's real 44,849-pair table gives Lyleen exactly one entry, two Lyleen, and no cross-species pair at all. Older lists naming two different species for it are quoting a table that no longer ships. Panthalus and Panthalus is the usual tell that a list is stale.
- Can Lyleen be bred in the early game?
- No. No chain of starter pals reaches Lyleen inside six generations, so the first one has to be caught at level 58-80. Two Lyleen is the only pair the 1.0 table holds for it, so breeding is what you do after the catch rather than instead of it.
- Can Lyleen inherit all four passive skills from one egg?
- No. Lyleen is born with Spirit Emperor already fixed, which leaves 3 of its four passive slots for inherited ones. The most you can inherit onto it is 3, and with a clean pool of exactly those 3 that is 30% per egg.
Route this pair from your own save
Pal Hatchery reads your Level.sav in your browser and ranks your own Lyleen pairs by the passive skills they would actually pass on.
It reads genders, levels and passive skills off the save, then routes from there. Nothing is uploaded.
