Hoocrates is the earliest source that pays reliably: ×5-10 per kill, wild from level 4, which puts it in the first hour of the game. 3 of the 9 are nocturnal, Hoocrates among them, so part of the list only shows up after dark. Hoocrates stops spawning past level 22, so the early farm has a shelf life; after that it is Hangyu at ×5-10.
